The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the use of the luggage cart. Our request to not have guests with pets in rooms around us was accommodated. The room was clean as expected. Check-in was quick.

Nice hotel, if a little isolated. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, a little expensive when converted to $A. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was good, but a little repetitive.

The property was clean, convenient to where I needed/wanted to go. Breakfast was delicious, but most of all the front desk staff encountered were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, gave excellent referrals to local eateries and went above and beyond when I misplaced my phone. This team should be acknowledged and compensated for their representation of this Hampton Inn, Concord NC.

location was great for our needs. staff was exceptional, super friendly and warm. our room was ok. bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could be. bathroom fixtures looked worn. toilet needs to be upgraded to tall height. water pressure in shower was wonderful. tub itself it showed signs of age with missing paint and caulk. carpet in the room was very dirty but color hides this well. breakfast was really well done. I would stay here again but feel the quality of the stay could be improved with some upgrades.

The breakfast was good, the kids loved making their own waffles!! The hot food was also very good and the selection was plenty!! The staff was amazing and always friendly!! Highly recommend this Hampton. We had a king suite and it was absolutely huge. Plenty of room, pull out sofa, king-size bed plenty of mirrors and lots of space even for a blowup mattress if needed. The only thing I did not care for was the teeny tiny bathroom. You had to literally sit on the toilet to shut the door. Weird for such a large room, but no complaints, clean, quiet and comfortable. Mattresses could use some upgrading, not very comfortable, not for me anyway. Otherwise everything was perfect!!

I didn't eat breakfast... My husband enjoyed everything, though. Front desk staff is cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping staff is warm and friendly!! Room was very clean, the bathroom immaculate! I personally loved the Neutrogena products! I actually purchased some when I got home.
